These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website vitalityedgesystems.com and all products offered by VITALITY WORKS, INC. (EIN 85-0414702), operating under the brand name VITALITY WORKS INC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scope of this agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the whole of the agreement covering your use of this website and anything you buy through it. They take effect the moment you use the site, place an order or opt in to messages, and they replace anything said elsewhere.

Age and capacity

Orders are accepted only from people aged 18 and above who are legally competent to contract. The same threshold applies to the text programme. We do not knowingly sell to, or message, anybody below that age, and an order placed in breach of this may be cancelled and refunded.

Law and venue

This agreement is made under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, with conflict-of-law principles disregarded, and any proceeding belongs in the courts sitting in New Mexico. Consumer protections available to you under your own state's law are unaffected.

Bins and withdrawals

If a location code moves, the card is rewritten that morning. The price you were told when the order was confirmed is the price.
